Books in the Borough is an annual family-friendly literary festival celebrating excellence in writing and the joy of reading.
Held in the historic coastal village of Stonington, featured activities include book signings by nominated regional authors of the juried BITB Literary Awards, a noontime Awards Ceremony with guest readings, morning and afternoon celebrity author panels, and opportunities to hear about the rich literary legacy of the region including those interred at Poets' Corner in nearby Stonington Cemetery.
The event is free of charge. Author books will be offered for sale onsite by Bank Square Books.
